NEW YORK. It is estimated that more than 1,000 meals have been served to date at Huntington Hospital, the Greek restaurant “Greek Grill”, in order to facilitate the daily pressures of doctors and nurses, who are fighting to keep alive patients who have been infected by Covid- 19.
This is a restaurant that belongs to the Mavromoustakou family, who comes from Cyprus and has a steady presence in the area since 2004. Both the founder, Konstantinos Mavromoustakos, and his son, Ioannis, who has a staff role in the business, belong to in so-called “vulnerable groups”. This, however, is an additional incentive for them to base their contribution on improving the quality of life of hospital staff.
